How to use

Home Use

  • Add a few drops to a diffuser to support respiratory wellness and freshen your home.
  • Combine with eucalyptus or lavender for a refreshing, insect-repelling blend.
  • Do not burn directly on a naked flame, as strong medicinal oils can irritate or degrade.

Topical Use

  • Dilute 1 part thyme oil to 10 parts carrier oil (sunflower or moringa) before applying to the skin.
  • Can be used in massage blends to stimulate circulation or relieve tension.
