Yes - we deliver nationwide using Fargo Courier Services.

All orders over KSh 8,000 qualify for free delivery (excl. Lamu). Otherwise these rates apply.

  • Nairobi County: KSh 350
  • Nanyuki Area: KSh 100
  • Rest of Kenya: KSh 600
  • Coastal Counties (excl. Lamu): KSh 1,000
  • Lamu: Ksh 2,000

  • Nairobi: 1-2 business days
  • Nanyuki/Laikipia: 1-2 business days
  • Rest of Kenya: 2-4 business days
  • Coastal Counties: 3-5 business days

You will receive a Fargo tracking number via email once your order ships.

Fargo delivers to your door where possible. In rural or hard-to-reach areas, you may need to collect your parcel from your nearest Fargo office.

Fargo cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box, your order will be sent to the nearest Fargo office.

If it’s been more than 4 working days since your order confirmation contact us at hello@cinnabargreen.com or 0743 618969, and we’ll provide your tracking number and follow up with Fargo on your behalf.

Yes - we ship worldwide to most countries (except Spain) using DHL Express. Live rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Typical DHL Express delivery times are:

  • USA: 4–7 business days
  • UK: 4–6 business days
  • UAE: 3–6 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 5–8 business days
  • Asia: 4–7 business days
  • South Africa: 4–6 business days

Delivery speeds may vary slightly by destination.

No - DHL Express does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

You will receive a DHL tracking link once your parcel ships. You can track your parcel here.

Email us at sales@cinnabargreen.com. We can ship to most destinations, even if they’re not pre-listed.

No - international orders are zero-rated (0% VAT) under Kenyan tax law. You will not be charged Kenyan VAT on export orders.

Some countries may charge VAT, GST, or customs duties. These fees are not included in your order and must be paid by the recipient. DHL will contact you directly if any charges apply.

No - any VAT collected by your country is separate from Kenyan VAT, which we do not charge on exports.

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can update or cancel it.

Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Orders are packed within 1- 2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We accept MPesa, Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, and international cards via Paystack.

All payments are secure and encrypted.

Yes - simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Our free gift boxes come in one size (170 x 210 x 75mm) which means the number of items that can fit in it are limited. 

And of course - we do not include pricing inside parcels... It’s a gift after all!

Yes - we accept returns for unopened, unused products in original condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once processed, we issue store credit (minus shipping costs).

We do not offer exchanges for skincare or apothecary products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, no. For safety reasons, opened or used apothecary items cannot be accepted. If you had an unexpected reaction, please contact us directly.

Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.

All products are made in small batches at our farm factory in Nanyuki, Kenya.

Yes! Our products are 99% plant-derived, handmade in Kenya, and formulated without synthetic fragrances, colorants, parabens, phthalates, PEGs, or GMOs.

Yes. Our gentle, plant-based formulations are designed to be kind to all skin types. Patch-testing is recommended for extremely sensitive skin.

Yes. We never test on animals and fully support ethical practices throughout our supply chain.

Yes. Our formulations are GE-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, PEG-free, and contain no synthetic colorants or fragrances.

Most of our products are vegan and clearly labelled. A few contain honey or beeswax, so check the packaging if you follow a strict vegan diet.

Our essential oils are intended for aromatherapy use only. They are not tested or approved for internal consumption.

You can find our products at select stockists across Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Rwanda. Use our stockist map to locate the nearest store.

Many of our products have refills available to ensure your bottles are more than single use. You can return empties to select stockists or use refill packs at home, reducing waste.

Yes. All our bottles and jerry cans are fully recyclable. We encourage customers to clean and reuse them where possible or return them for proper recycling through our collection options.
