At Cinnabar Green, we want you to love your order.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help - just follow the steps below.

What to do if your order is damaged or incorrect

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email: office@cinnabargreen.com or call/WhatsApp: 0743 618969

  • Include your order number and good-quality photos of the parcel + items

We’ll respond quickly - if it’s our mistake, we’ll offer you either:

  • A full replacement, or

  • Store credit (minus original shipping costs, if any).

Returns & Credits (when valid)

If the issue isn’t due to courier damage - for instance, if you’ve ordered the wrong item or changed your mind - we may accept returns for store credit only (excluding shipping costs). This depends on product condition and suitability.

Conditions for return/credit:

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging and labels intact

  • Return request made within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs borne by the customer

Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue store credit to use on your next order.

What we cannot accept / when returns are not possible

  • Products that are used or opened

  • Products returned after 14 days (unless previously agreed)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty/damaged)

  • Items with missing tags or packaging
