If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help - just follow the steps below.
What to do if your order is damaged or incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and good-quality photos of the parcel + items
We’ll respond quickly - if it’s our mistake, we’ll offer you either:

A full replacement, or
-
Store credit (minus original shipping costs, if any).
Returns & Credits (when valid)
If the issue isn’t due to courier damage - for instance, if you’ve ordered the wrong item or changed your mind - we may accept returns for store credit only (excluding shipping costs). This depends on product condition and suitability.
Conditions for return/credit:

Product must be unused, with original packaging and labels intact

Return request made within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs borne by the customer
Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue store credit to use on your next order.
What we cannot accept / when returns are not possible

Products that are used or opened

Products returned after 14 days (unless previously agreed)

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty/damaged)

Items with missing tags or packaging
