We deliver across Kenya with Fargo Courier Services and ship worldwide with DHL Express. All orders are fully tracked and packed with care from Nanyuki, Kenya.

Kenya deliveries: 1–5 business days (depending on county)
International deliveries: 3–8 business days via DHL Express

Enjoy FREE delivery when you spend KSh 8,000 or more (excl. Lamu). This is automatically applied at checkout.

3. International Shipping (DHL Express)

We ship worldwide using DHL Express, offering fast, secure, fully tracked delivery. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel dimensions.

International Tracking

Your DHL tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has left our warehouse.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are:

Payable by the recipient to release the parcel.

5. Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1- 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with:
