How to use

Home Use

  • Diffuse in the bedroom 30 minutes before sleep to create a calming, soothing environment.
  • Use in an oil burner or room spray to set a gentle, restful mood.
  • Blend with cedarwood or chamomile to enhance night-time tranquillity.

Topical Use

  • Dilute in a carrier oil and massage onto pulse points or the back of the neck before bed.
  • Can be added to a relaxing foot or shoulder massage.

Topical precautions

  • Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
  • Avoid the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas.
